1.Advantages
1.1.The liquid oxygen cryogenic cylinder have larger storage than high pressure steel cylinder.
1.2.This system can be used in hospitals and medical institutions, and other places the oxygen needs dramatically surging or where the patients are relatively concentrated. It has wider range of applications.
1.3. It can avoid the lack of terminal pressure in the long-distance pipeline transportation. This system can keep the pressure stable, then the gas will outlet fluently.
1.4. It can reduce the frequent change for high steel cylinder.
1.5. You could use frame with wheels or trolley for easier mobile and transport.
2. Operation procedures
2.1. Put the cryogenic cylinder into the fixed supporting base of the trolley, then fix it well.
2.1. Link the gas supplying pipeline(one pipeline or more) at the gas-use valve.
2.3. Open the digital thermostatic system.
2.4. Use the control key of the temperature control device inside the system to adjust the oxygen temperature(the temperature probe inside the system collect the temperature information, and adjust the oxygen temperature based on the temperature control device).
2.5. Open the gas-use valve of the cryogenic cylinder, make the oxygen gas pressure less than 0.6Mpa output.
2.6. The liquid oxygen will be fully heated by the digital thermostatic supplying system, making the temperature increasing to reach 25℃.
2.7. Reduce the pressure to reach the level of the patients can bear when the oxygen gas flow to the pressure-reducing valve.
2.8. Use the oxygen gauge adjust the gas flowrate to reach the level of inhale flowrate, then patients can use it by the oxygen mask.
